Good riddance though. This is the man who crafted the legal justification for all the horrible things that have happened under Bush, from the Imperial grab for power, to our torture policy, to Abu'Gharab.

Its like rats on a sinking ship. It confirms that bad things have happened and as the hearings and investigations continue, these people suddenly feel the need to have more time 'with family.'
