musings { my soul hurts
I'm not sure if its my upcoming birthday, our recent basement problems, the fact I didn't want to come back from our last vacation, or the multitude of work woes, but my soul's been hurting lately. Its been tired and worn.
On a side and more upbeat note, I think Disney's movie The Blackhole released in the early 80s is a remake of their interpretation of Jules Verne's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. Think about it...it fits.

I had been feeling a similar malaise in my soul. I've found that a good salve is reconnecting with people. I've been calling/e-mailing/hanging out like I should have been weeks and months ago. It's helping. I feel good.
Why do you say your soul hurts?
I just need a little soul poultice. I'll be ok. Was just a little bit of an overwhelming week.
